This is the fun part of the house.  Growing up many of my friends not only had gamerooms, but they had games in the room.  When I built, I wanted to do the same.  Not only did we build an energy efficient basement, we finished it and added a custom stone firesplace for added warmth and feel.  I was able to purchase 3 or 4 table games at a fundraiser auction.  Now when it rains, I have my choice of ping pong, air hockey, foosball or pinball to play.  It is a great room for the kids and their friends to hand out in.  This is a great use of space, think of it as a bonus.
